Delivery

We currently offer 2 shipping services:

Royal Mail 24 - £3.99 (Free over £30)
Parcelforce 24 Next Day - £5.99

All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders received after this time are dispatched first thing the next working day. As standard, we send all orders via the Royal Mail 24 service which arrives the next working day 95% of the time, but please allow up to 7 working days. This is not a guaranteed next day service.

Orders placed with Parcelforce 24 Next Day delivery before 4pm will be dispatched the same working day via the Parcelforce 24 Courier Service. This is a fully tracked service which we guarantee to arrive the next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Friday before 4pm via this service will be delivered on Monday. If you urgently require Saturday delivery please contact us on 01495 687747 and we will endeavour to provide this for you.

Returns

We offer a no questions asked 60 day return policy on all of our products. We are only able to accept returns of unused, unworn products in their original packaging (opening to try on is fine).

Please include your original packing slip inside the parcel with completed returns form (on the bottom right).

If your packing slip is not available, please simply include a note with: your name, address, contact number and the nature of your return (refund or exchange). If you would like to exchange, please state the size/colour required.

Once your return has been received, we will process this within 2 working days.
