Yes. We offer a no questions asked 60 day return policy on all of our products. We are only able to accept returns of unused, unworn products in their original packaging (opening to try on is fine).

Standard orders are sent via the Royal Mail 24 service. This is not a fully tracked service but delivery confirmation can be provided upon request.

Orders placed with Parcelforce 24 Next Day delivery are sent via the Parcelforce 24 Courier Service which is fully tracked. Once dispatched, Parcelforce 24 will send a text message and email with your delivery date. On the morning of your delivery date, Parcelforce 24 will send a text message and an email letting you know your 1 hour delivery window, along with a range of alternate options such as deliver to a neighbour, leave in a safe spot or deliver to a local shop.

Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to accommodate collection at our premises.

If your order will not fit through a letterbox or there is no safe spot or suitable neighbour available, someone will need to be at your address to receive the parcel. In the event of a missed delivery, a card will be left by our delivery partner with re-delivery or collection instructions.
