Then we realised something...

Due to our long standing (sometimes decade plus) relationships with our suppliers, our bulk buying ability and the nature of the clearance clothing industry we've realised that some of our products could be sold on by charity shops for a profit.

How can we take advantage of this realisation to help out charities? Here's how it works:

When you make a donation via ButtonFresh, we will donate to charity the equivalent value of garments at our cost price* which can then be sold on by the charities for more than the value of the donation.

Just to clarify, this means that your donation will effectively be passed on to charity at the price we have paid our suppliers for the garments, not the price we sell them for on our website.

We would estimate for every £5 donated, this will actually become £6.50 to £8.50 for the charity once they have sold these brand new, unworn garments in their shops - that's a 30 to 70% increase in the value of your donation!
