Good products abysmal delivery

Product was good, delivery by Royal Mail 24 was abysmal with inaccurate tracking information and it took 72 hours not 24!
I complained to Button Fresh about this and was given the Christmas rush as an excuse which is not mentioned on their website.
If I spend £30+ for free delivery, I would expect a similar standard of loyalty with delivery and will think twice about using them again.

Apologies for this, Donald! It pains us as well that Royal Mail (and other delivery companies, in our experience) slow down around Christmas time. I do wish they would maintain consistent service all year round. The Royal Mail 24 Service is typically a 1 - 2 working day service, but this time of year in conjunction with your address in the Shetland Islands (which Royal Mail rightly or wrongly considers a very remote location) does unfortunately lead to some delays in some cases, for which I am truly sorry. I completely understand your desire to think twice about using us again. Should you decide to give us another go, please do feel free to email me in advance and I will demand a current service update from our account manager at Royal Mail so that we can ensure their operations are running smoothly before you place an order.

Excellent value for money , the sizes are great , ordered a very large set thinking they wouldn’t be the size advertised like some brands out there but they certainly are as advertised, very fast delivery, will certainly use this company again, thank you very much A+++++++

Overall I wasn't entirely satisfied with the product truth be told too light for my liking I was hoping they leggings would have been a bit thicker and stronger.
